The BCER is seeking proponents to provide archaeological services as needed in support of restoration work at Orphan sites.

Description

The specific site service area included in the Request for Standing Offer is the following:

  1. Archaeological Services
    1. Provide archaeological services in support of planned Orphan site restoration activities. Services may include archaeological desktop reviews, Post Construction Assessments, Preliminary Field Reconnaissance, Archaeological Impact Assessments, and supporting archaeological management recommendations. Services may also include additional information gathering and consulting services, and other services required to complete the scope of work, as directed by the Regulator.
    2. Able and willing to apply for and hold permit(s) issued under the Heritage Conservation Act (HCA) on behalf of the BCER required to complete archaeological assessment work on orphaned sites.
    3. Able and willing to work in collaboration with the current holder of the HCA permit for the BCER, until such a time as the successful proponent obtains required permit(s).
