The objective of this Request for Proposal is to establish a multi (five) year contract with the successful Contractor to provide professional services to oversee the final phases of closure on a portfolio of sites within the Stoddart area, in support of the British Columbia Energy Regulator’s (BCER) Orphan Site Reclamation Fund (OSRF) program.
