Description

The BC Energy Regulator is seeking additional resources to support the suite of software related to ESRI and FME Safe Software. These include web map application design, FME workbench design, ESRI Portal Enterprise content management, publishing best practices, database fine-tuning, software upgrades readiness reviews and guidance on GeoAI deep learning capabilities. The BCER expects to establish a contract beginning in January 2026 with optional years based on approved budgeting until March 31, 2029.

Yes, these services can be delivered remotely.

Depending on project movement and demand, at times multiple resources may be required. One facilitating as a PM would be preferred.

Coverage would be expected for all year round, with the exception of the Winter break period In conjunction with normal BCER operating hours.

Data is replicated nightly from larger systems into curated geospatial datasets. The data is available as a feature class and used directly with ArcGIS Pro desktop and published as map services. Those map services are pulled into various internal and external web map applications such as Geocortex Essentials or ESRI Experience Builder. The data is also provided externally to ESRI ArcGIS Online where data is shared publicly.

The experience can be cumulative or collective. We are primarily looking for something we can point to that would indicate a depth and breadth of experience as opposed to a proponent that has none.
