Description

The Resource Management and Stewardship division has experienced significant organizational growth, change, and mandate expansion over the past several years. As the division continues to mature and evolve, there is a need for flexible and trusted strategic advisory support to help leadership respond to emerging priorities, strengthen organizational alignment, and support effective implementation of divisional goals.

The purpose of this engagement is to provide ongoing strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational effectiveness support to the Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents, Directors, and teams across the division. The goal is to support a healthy, aligned, and high-performing division through improved communication and collaboration, role clarity, change management, employee engagement, and strategic planning support.
