Description

The BCER seeks proposals from qualified vendors to design and deliver a multi-phase Leadership Development Program supporting leaders at all levels. The program will build consistent leadership capabilities aligned with BCER’s values and leadership attributes, enhance succession readiness, and foster equity, diversity, inclusion, and strategic agility over a proposed three-year cycle.
