Description

The BC Energy Regulator (BCER) is seeking a qualified vendor to support the continued rollout of its Collaborative Digital Workplace (CDW) initiative. This project involves the design, development, and implementation of customized SharePoint Online sites for BCER business areas, aligned with records management requirements and enhanced by Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Purview.

The successful proponent will deliver SharePoint sites tailored to each business area’s workflows, enable records classification and retention, and provide training and post-implementation support. To date, the project has been carried out by an existing incumbent that has reached the end of the contract term, and we are looking at building a partnership for the ongoing delivery of this project. The project budget would be set for a fiscal year with the ability to continue the partnership in subsequent years while scope remains. Thus far, 18 out of an estimated 40+ business areas have been completed.
