There are no specified timelines. We would ask that proponents address this in their proposals.
Yes. The total price, hourly rates and any value add will be used to calculate a pricing score in the evaluation process.
This is correct. If there is any travel required, costs will be included in any subsequent contracts.
We may ask for references during the interview process should we cross that bridge.
There shouldn’t be any significant amount of personal information outside of what’s collected casually through our interactions “over the course of the review”.
The BCER has not disclosed the budget related to this solicitation and proponents are expected to provide their total price for the delivery of proposed services.
The approach will be evaluated based upon all content but could be called out and clarified under the summary of relative experience or the section describing availability or constraints.
This just clarifies that whoever is making the submission is deemed an authorized representative and there is no legal obligation to chase down executable signatures for proposals. For example – an admin assistant can submit a proposal even though the CEO is the one that signs off on contracts.
The BCER has not identified any specific aspects of its operations for review as part of this work.
Operational constraints include cost, operational efficiency, safety, environmental risk, legislative frameworks and confidentiality requirements.
