If content changes are necessary, the BCER will be providing it.

We have recently rebranded, and our mandate is expanding. Want to look at freshening the website with a lens to the new mandate.

The BCER Leadership is keen to see some changes made to the home page; the site is now three years old, and it’s time for a “refresh”.

Not specifically – when we turned the site on three years ago, it was extensively user-tested and performed well; it has now been three years and as referenced above, the BCER Leadership is keen to see a “refresh”.

We are introducing Data Narratives and would like to look at how to best implement those as part of our website.

We’re hopeful for some suggestions on how to best make the British Columbia Energy Regulator and it’s various acronyms (BCER, the Regulator, and BC Energy Regulator) appear at the top or near the top on search engines (such as Google).

We have a team of IT and Communication professionals who will implement the recommendations. It would be appreciated if there can be a relationship established with the consultant for potential follow up as needed.
