The British Columbia Energy Regulator (BCER) is hereby giving notice of the intent to establish a support agreement for operational support for its recently purchased software services from Novamodus Solutions Inc (formally Vigilant Consultancy Services Inc.) The support agreement services will be purchased through Novamodus who was the successful bidder on RFP23024001 (HCM System implementation).

Oracle Fusion HCM experts or partners wishing to object to this decision should contact the procurement team via email at Procurement@bc-er.ca on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on August 28, 2024 presenting specific reasons for their objections. Objecting Oracle experts or partners with the ability to offer the same level of service at a lower cost in the same time frame is the key criteria regarding the consideration of objections.
