The British Columbia Energy Regulator (BCER) is hereby giving notice of the intent to renew our support services for our network storage array. The renewal will be purchased through Mobia Technology Innovations as per the RFP that was previously awarded to them. The following responsibilities will be within scope of services:

• Infrastructure Solutions – Equipment was purchased in September 2021 with three years support.

• Support Services – an additional term of three years will be initiated beginning September 2024 and run through September 2027.

Resellers wishing to object to this decision should contact the procurement team via email at Procurement@bc-er.ca on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on June 28, 2024 presenting specific reasons for their objections. Reseller ability to offer the same level of service at a lower cost in the same time frame will be the key criteria regarding the consideration of reseller objections.
