May 22, 2020 - Updated RFQ to correct a reference to section 5 under the 6th bullet of section 8. It should read section 6. Updated RFQ renamed as v2 and attached.

May 15, 2020 - Updated excel attachment to include rate table, attached associated vendor inquiry and OGC response.

The BC Energy Regulator (Regulator) is soliciting proposals from qualified Suppliers to support the implementation of the annual Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT) portfolio by providing services to support and implement a variety of information systems development projects.

Based on the review of RFQ Responses, the Regulator intends to establish a List of Qualified Suppliers who may be directly awarded, or asked to compete for, contracts for provision of the services described in section 4 of the attached request.

The List of Qualified Suppliers will be in place for three years.

Please note mandatory criteria is section 7.1:

7.1 Mandatory Criteria

The following are mandatory requirements. Responses not clearly demonstrating that they meet them will receive no further consideration during the evaluation process.

Criteria

1. The proposal must be received before the designated closing date and time.
2. The Proponent must confirm that any personal information received, collected or held over the course of the review will be stored and used only in Canada.
3. The Proposal must contain an integrity, independence and objectivity statement by the Proponent.
4. Must be legally able to work in Canada and travel when and if necessary to various Regulator locations.
5. The technologies, methodologies and skillsets checklist "RFQ Services Request 2020-2023 Checklist.xlsx" file must be completed and submitted with the response.
